Our client, a leading medical solutions provider based in Tipperary, is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Role. Reduce & control Manufacturing process defects. Implement corrective & preventative actions. Develop & Implement product quality plans. Develop & Implement Process Monitoring Systems. Create & effectively communicate Quality Tools & Training Materials. Reduce 7 Control Manufacturing Process Defects. Supervise and monitor engineers and technicians for the value stream. Ensure appropriate resources are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance. Establish a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Policy System. Continuously improve standards set. Ensure standards are set within the area and are adhered to. Ensure quality audits are carried out as well as all other documented quality processes and procedures. The Person. Higher Level Degree in Engineering/Quality/Science. Proven track record of responsible experience in a Quality Engineering role. 5-7 years experience in a related industry. Proficient written, numerical and verbal skills. Ability to record and analyse key process data. Understanding of Medical Device industry and Quality Management Systems. Proficient use of MS Office tools.
