Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Maher Auctioneers are currently have a part time vacancy for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in our Cashel office. The successful applicant will join a busy team of property professionals working primarily in the sales and property management areas of our practice. He / she will have responsibility for the efficient administration of sales, lettings and a large property management portfolio. He / she will be part of a supportive team environment. A minimum of between 3 – 5 years relative experience would be an advantage. Role and responsibilities:·         Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office, ensure visitors/calls are dealt with in a welcoming, courteous and professional manner, seeking to anticipate their needs where possible  ·         Direct visitors to the appropriate person. ·         Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. ·         Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. ·         Update calendars and schedule meetings as requested. ·         Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.  Duties include:·         Proactively provide administrative support to a busy property team. ·         Creating property reports & inserting clipart, photographs and graphics. Minutes, newsletters and updating website.  ·         CRM management and data entry. ·         To carry out additional duties and ad hoc projects as requested. ·         Compiling marketing brochures. ·         Data entry.  The ideal candidate will have:·         Post Secondary School qualification.  ·         Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, accounts manager or similar role (3-5 years. ·         Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. ·         Professional attitude and appearance. ·         Excellent communication skills (Fluency in the English language – oral and written). ·         Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. ·         Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail. ·         Positive customer service outlook.  ·         Excellent opportunities for progression.
