Experienced Medical Secretary  Our client, a very busy medical centre based in Co. Limerick are looking to hire an experienced Medical Secretary to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The Job: The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years plus experience working in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a busy growing medical practice with a great team environment. • Ensuring all patients are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. • Reception duties  • Booking of appointments. • Dealing with all queries in an efficient and professional manner. Your Skills/ Experience that we need: • Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar role or a medical background. • Must have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and possess awareness and sensitivity towards patient requirements. • Must be Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Polite and clear telephone manner. • Must have the ability to work well as part of a team, and to work under pressure to tight deadlines. The Offer:  This position is a permanent role with competitive salary depending on candidate skills & experience. Fully onsite role. Hours of work:  Monday- Friday 9am -6pm – Flexibility can be offered on working hours for the right candidate.
