Content and Communications Manager. Our client, a dynamic & high profile employer in the Limerick region, have now engaged with us in CPL to recruit for a newly created position of Content and Communications Manager. This permanent position is an ideal opportunity for a suitably qualified marketing or communications professional who is now looking to further develop their career with one of the most sought after employers in the region. The Job : Acting as a key part of the operations management team, the successful candidate will work across the full spectrum of marketing communications covering duties including creating engaging copy & social media content, planning & delivering this content to their audiences & building strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders/partners. You will also analyse & report on communications & engagement trends, provide market insights & data to management teams, seek out opportunities to increase the profile of the organisation, plan events (both traditional & digital launches) & deliver on key projects across a wide spectrum. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline - eg marketing, communications or journalism. 3+ years' proven experience in a relevant role. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact with colleagues & external stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of print, broadcast, social & other new media tools/technology. Experience in delivering communications plans with clear metrics of success. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to range to 40-45k approx. & with excellent further growth opportunities. ***Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & remote/work from home.
