A Shift Line Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment to work with a Tipperary based Meat Processing Company on a Permanent contract. THE ROLE: * Co-ordinate & Manage the cooking and packing of multiple products. * Oversee daily factory production ensuring that handover from shift to shift is carried out in an efficient manner. * Ensure target yields are achieved for all products on all lines. * Responsibility for ensuring that the Production Plan is executed correctly. * Liaise with HR to organize staff for plan i.e. ensuring sufficient numbers and skills set. * Shift Role - 4 day cycle. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent people managing skills with experience managing large teams. * Right First Time (RFT) attitude that doesn't accept inconsistency. * Proven ability to communicate, engage, motivate, influence and build strong working relationships with people. * Results orientated, drive for perfection. * Quality Focused. * Confident and Decisive.
