The Job : As a key part of the team & reporting to the site based HR Manager, you will be tasked with covering a range of duties including end to end processing of fortnightly payroll, implementing new starter & leaver documents, managing changes to employee data, ensuring accuracy in payments, preparing T&A reports for management teams, engaging with employees & departmental managers to resolve queries, offering project support & all relevant payroll, compliance & related HR administration duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. IPASS or similar payroll qualification would be an advantage. 2-3+ years experience in a similar level Payroll Officer or related role within a large-scale or multinational environment. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects. The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary very much depending on candidate skills & experience & can range from 30-45k + benefits. ***Please note this role can be a hybrid mix of in-office & remote/working from home so may suit candidates outside the immediate Limerick region.
