CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Aiséirí Group, a long established and leading provider of residential addiction services with locations in four counties in the South East of Ireland, is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, you will lead and manage the organisation’s performance, providing vision and direction with a focus on quality care services for its clients, a rewarding work environment for its staff, and an emphasis on continuous improvement in all aspects of its services. Reporting to the Chairperson of the Board, you will possess exceptional management capacity and proven experience in people management, team building, interpersonal skills and motivation of professional and support staff. You will demonstrate a ‘client focus’ with skills in implementation of the highest service standards, regulatory and accreditation compliance. As the CEO, your career to date will include proven exposure to the best in organisational change management. You will demonstrate strong engagement skills across a diverse range of stakeholders. A career path showing target driven performance and achievement governed by sound fi nancial management will be essential. The role will require an understanding of the ethos and values underpinning Aiséirí Group Services. As the successful candidate, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with public pay scales. This post is offered on a 7-year contract basis.
