Our Client is a very busy property in Co Tipperary. We are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage or Restaurant Manager with 4 years experience in a similar role. Property has several Food and Beverage Outlets and is a very popular meeting place with a regular Clientele. Restaurant also enjoys regular day visits and caters for Groups and events. The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the business, taking both a strategic overview and an active operational approach to the role, manage and coordinate the teams and review and improve standards and service on a continual basis. Ideal Food and Beverage Manager candidates will have a good business experience in busy 4* F & B / Events properties, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for supporting your team in training and ongoing professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevent Financial Management experience in this role is required. Experience in the 4* Hotel or very busy high end Restaurant required, applicants require current legal status to live and work in Ireland, no Work Permit is available.
