Working in partnership with our client, a leading Irish manufacturing company. Hartley People are looking to fill the position Senior Product Development Technologist. The Role:  Work together with key customers and internal stakeholders to deliver new and existing product development strategy. Project manage the development of products from concept to launch. Research consumer trends and develop recipes in line with project briefs. Deliver product sample presentations to customers. Make samples for internal and external presentations, nutritional analysis, and reference samples for trial/launch. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Procurement and Production teams. The Person:  Third level Honour’s degree in Food Science or related subject. 5+ years’ experience in new product development. A proven track record taking projects from start to finish.
