Key Account Manager - FMCG - Co Tipperary
Hartley People are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager for an exciting opportunity with a Co Tipperary based FMCG company. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role and will have had exposure to head office in major retailers. This role offers a strong career path and attractive salary. The Role: Effective management and delivery of a high quality service to our clients. Establish a personal, confidential, close and personal relationship with customers. Establish a good working relationship with internal departments. Problem solving by working through issues, offering solutions and implementing long term plans. Real time communication to internal and external customers on a day to day business. Analyse existing and new business opportunity. Agreeing of KPI targets and reporting of same to internal and external. Work closely with the Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service Team. The Person: At least 2 years experience managing and developing a number of customer accounts at National Account Level. Exposure to multiples preferential. Strong customer relationship management ability. Good commercial acumen. Strong customer service focus. Experience and understanding of logistics, operations, customer services, key accounts and project management.
