Quality Assurance Officer- Tipperary. About the Client  The client, A Pharmaceutical manufacturer supplying pharmaceutical products both internationally and here in Ireland have been at the leading edge in the manufacturing of high quality, low cost branded pharmaceuticals for human use. In addition to the pharmaceutical production the client is an established manufacturer for some of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer   to join a market leader. Core Responsibilities: Management of Customer complaints system. Management of Audit programme for contract manufacturing organisations (CMO. Responsible for review of Temperature monitoring system to comply with cGDP guidelines. Review of transportation temperature records. To coordinate the ordering, collation, approval and filing of all product quality reviews. Review of ongoing stability data. Management of new product introductions and site transfers. To update Procedures/Documents as needed and operate the change control process. To manage the supplier qualification programme – bona fides. To complete line clearance and quality inspections for secondary packaging operations. Generate annual trending reports. To coordinate and deliver annual compliance training and induction training for new personnel. Minimum requirements & Experience : Honours degree in a science related discipline. Experience in QA is preferable  but not essential. 2+ years experience working in a GMP environment  An understanding of Quality Management Systems, GMP requirements. Skills: Work on your own and manage projects to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence opinion and set standards. Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry and clients’ needs. Good computer literacy skills. High level of reporting and writing skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. High attention to detail and a methodical approach.
