Hartley People are now recruiting a Practice Manager for a well established firm in Tipperary.  The role you will be focused on managing the day to day operations of the farm advisory services. The Person:  Third level qualification in agricultural science, dairy business, management or an associated discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience working in project, and or team management. The Role:   • Planning and managing workflow for the Farm Support team ensuring quality, accuracy and efficiency. • Reviewing and implementing high quality file standards from a compliance perspective. • Managing fee billing and collections, while ensuring excellent customer service. • Designing and implementing systems to facilitate streamlined team procedures. • Participating in a range of business development and marketing activity to help promote our Farm Support services.   Hartley People Recruitment work to the highest ethical standards within our industry and we value the trust that you place in us when you send your CV.
