HR Manager - Engineering - Tipperary
Working in partnership with our client, a Tipperary based Engineering company. Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of HR Manager. This role would be suitable for an existing HR Manger of somebody stepping up from Generalist or Business Partner and taking the next step in their career. This role will be stand alone initially with a view to growing the HR Team over time. The Role: Provides overall leadership and guidance. Lead organizational change initiatives Develop HR policy and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision. Performance management working closely with senior management within the organization. Develop compensation and benefits systems that fits the needs of the company and market conditions. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state employment law and compliance requirements. The Person: Relevant Third Level Education. 5+ Years in a HR role. Previous experience in a stand alone role – Desirable. Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering end to end strategic people focussed programmes. Previous experience with Core HR or related software.
