A Production Shift Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Tipperary based food manufacturing client. This is an opportunity to join a select team with a rapidly growing company. THE ROLE: * To ensure that production targets (yields, efficiencies, throughput, quality and costs) within the business unit are consistently met through the effective management of people and processes. * Management of a large team of people. * Oversee all production of a particular production area. * Shift based role. REQUIREMENTS: * 3rd Level Qualification required. * Strong Operations Experience a must. * Experience in food industry desireable. * Very strong people manager.
