As a Skilled Butcher with our client, you will be a champion for customer service. This Butcher job is ideal for expert butchers, as well as Chefs with Butcher experience. This artisan supermarket started from humble family-run beginnings and has successfully maintained this approach as the business has grown over the years. As the company continues to grow, there will be plenty of available progression opportunities. There is also an excellent salary package on offer. Duties as a Butcher : Boning, trimming and cutting meat. Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations. Stocktaking and rotation. Providing excellent customer service. Preparing display counter. Requirements for this Butcher job: Previous experience working in a Butchers or the meat counter in a supermarket. Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety. Excellent communication skills.
