Application details/procedure: We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Fisheries Environmental Officer to be located in our Clonmel base. In this role you will be responsible for advising and liaising with senior management on the design and implementation of environmental programmes, undertaking inspections, sampling and analysis of water / effluent and investigating actual and potential sources of pollution in fish-bearing waters. To qualify for this position, candidates need to have a a relevant degree, eg. Aquatic Biology, Water Chemistry, Environmental Science or equivalent, a full driving licence and previous relevant experience. Closing date: 5PM 2nd March 2020.
