An IT Support Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Tipperary based client. This is an opportunity to join an IT team in a busy manufacturing facility. THE ROLE: * Maintenance and support of existing IT Systems, Applications & Services. * Technical Support of hardware such as scanners, printers, photocopiers, phones * Application and ERP configuration and maintenance * Development and Maintenance of documentation * Testing and Verification. REQUIREMENTS: * Requires a relevant IT qualification and 1-2 years experience in a similar role. * Good knowledge of modern IT environments, applications and infrastructure. * Good team player. * Strong communications skills and positive can-do attitude.
