As the Business Analyst, you are the central interface/mediator between the. input channels (e.g. product management, clients and compliance, etc.) and the software development. You are responsible for the analysis of functional requirements and the development of concepts, epics, user stories and specifications for the implementation. The business analyst is supporting the generation of functional and technical concepts and documents processes and systems and act as the functional lead in the SDLC process and you have the delivery responsibility of the assigned topics and projects. Must have knowledge and experience of: Software development lifecycle/project methodologies. Leading of small and mid-size projects. Must be organized and have effective communication skills. Must have effective time management skills. Experience in designing and defining workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards like UML based on the requirements of the product management and clients. Knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools like JIRA / Confluence (Atlassian. Job Requirements: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in computer science preferred. 3-5+ years of related IT experience. Bachelor’s degree at a College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience. Knowledge in revolving credit/credit cards/banking industry. Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility. Work well under time pressure and to meet deadlines. Excellent logical analysis skills and problem-solving. Ability to write clear and concise documents. Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment.
