Planning & Maintenance Scheduler- Tipperary. Core Purpose: This rewarding new role will report to the Engineering Manager & be responsible for: planning / Scheduling and Administration of All Engineering Works through out the plant. The ideal candidate will be required to work with the Engineering Management team in planning and distribution of all engineering tasks, asset listing and asset history documentation, Carry out Criticality, Vulnerability, & Life Cycle PM Schedule maintenance on all Assets, Assist the Engineering Team in Administration Tasks and work to Key Performance Indicators. Core Responsibilities: Tasks issued to Engineers in timely planned manner. On time production of Engineering Reports. Expert Capabilities on CMMS. Demonstrate full control of work order issue, completion and back log. Co-ordination of Planned / Scheduled maintenance schedule. Issue of Engineering task lists (Work Orders, PM documents, Requests, Breakdowns, Control of Task workflow and back log. Development and updating of plant history records, generation of reports from history files. Control of Engineering Documentation – SOP writing, FMECA Updates, Procedures. Engineering budget monitoring and preparation back up. Produce Weekly / Monthly Engineering reports in line with management requirements. Monitor Resource and work schedule each day and alert to Engineering Manager if there is a short fall. Carry out Vibration Analysis on Motors / Gearboxes. Liaise with the Forklift maintenance provider keep update record of maintenance log & on to portal. Monitor Cameras and liaise with Netwatch & Third Eye for any issues. Experience and Qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical trade qualification or a diploma in a relevant engineering discipline. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant industry at an equivalent position. Detailed functional knowledge required of wide range of manufacturing equipment is required. Strong IT knowledge is required. Strong trouble shooting and documentation skills.
