Training Specialist. Tipperary. Contract role. My client, a leader in the pharmaceutical sector is recruiting a dynamic Training Specialist to join their existing busy L&D department in South Tipperary. This is initially a fixed term contract. Responsibilities for Training Specialist. Liaise with other areas of the business to design and develop effective training programmes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement. Support the induction and development of new hires. Identify and address training gaps through training needs analysis. Lead the implementation of training initiatives and other related projects. Provide support to the Head of L&D and the wider L&D team as necessary. Adhere to the organisational policies and operate in accordance with GMP and other regulatory requirements. Requirements. 3+ years’ experience in a Training/L&D role. Third Level qualification in HR/Engineering or similar relevant discipline. Strong project management skills. Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage. Experience in a multinational manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment. Working knowledge of and experience with LMS. Excellent stakeholder management. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Collaborative, results-oriented team player. Strong communication and presentation skills. High proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
