Description

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of competence across a range of areas including administration, customer services, and personal assistant responsibilities. The roles are varied. Provide efficient administrative support. Screening incoming phone calls, taking messages, handling confidential messages and correspondence. Diary management. Assisting with special projects as required. Work in collaboration with other departments and maintain good relations. Preparing reports/presentations as required. Minutes taking. Essential requirements. Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced and often high pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiate. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Prior experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience & Qualifications. 2 years experience in an Administrative role. Proven track record in database administration. Experience in meeting and/or event organisation and planning. Writing reports, applications and articles. The hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
