Accounts Administrator/Secretary. Are you a strong Accounts Administrator with Sage 50 and Quickpay experience? Our client, a Tipperary Town based educational institution is currently looking to recruit an " Accounts Secretary " with an immediate start! This is a full-time contract position until June 2020, you will be working from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The is a pivotal role which requires you to be organised with strong communication and IT skills. The Role: Point of contact for all front of house reception and administration duties. Responsible for all accounting duties, Revenue (RTC &VAT) with the ability to use Sage 50 or similar. Ability to run payroll for a small number of people-experience using Quickpay or similar. Responsibility for all On-Line banking and general money management. Strong system and IT experience update internal and required database systems etc. Reception duties. Ad hoc duties. The Candidate: Strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Be flexible and well organised. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent accounts experience and ability. Must have exceptional computer skills. Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Be flexible and well organised. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable. The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate start.
