You must have experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen and have a genuine passion for food. This is an excellent time to join the property which is undergoing extensive refurbishment to a high level. Responsibilities of this Sous Chef Job Tipperary. Creating, designing and costing menus with the Head chef. Ensure excellent and consistent quality in the kitchen. Coordinate food preparation and presentation throughout service. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Requirements of this Sous Chef Job Tipperary Must have 2-3 years similar experience. Must be up to date with both classical and modern cooking. Experience in a busy banqueting or production kitchen would be preferable.
