On behalf of a leading Animal Genetics Company, FRS Recruitment is inviting applications for the role of Lab Technician . This role will suit candidates living in or located close to County Tipperary . For this role, you will be a recent graduate in a Science related Degree of either Agri or Animal Health . You will also have a basic understanding of the Lab Practices and a background or interest in Farming/Livestock. Role. This is team-based role and you will have the support of experienced Lab Technicians and given time to develop. On a daily basis, you will analyse semen samples; measuring purity, density, potency and methods to preserve animal samples for A.I. In addition, you will cultivate, isolate and identify pathogenic bacteria and other micro-organisms in samples. Remuneration. Our client is offering 28,000 plus DOE.
