Continuous Improvement Engineer | Tipperary | 5 years' experience required | Role Responsibilities: Identify and deliver significant improvements in process performance and quality. Act as a change agent in the organisation by implementing Lean Tools in production and promote lean practices by educating the organisation in the use of lean principles. Utilise lean tools/principles to improve production systems and reduce waste (e.g. Standard work, Scientific Problem Solving – A3, 5s, SMED. Identify and implement methodologies that will achieve and sustain gains in the organisation. Provide analytics to support the need for a change and the return on investment. Role Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Minimum of Bachelors’ degree (Honours) in Engineering (Level 8) 2:1 Minimum. Lean six sigma certification and experience delivering lean six sigma training. Proven experience of leading large-scale CI programmes across an organisation, including influencing organisation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt work priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
