A Graduate Quality Assistant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Tipperary based food processing client for a 12 month fixed term contract. THE ROLE: * Collection of production paperwork and reviewing for accuracy. * Organisation of weekly taste panels attended by the management team. * Compiling, trending and communication of Quality reports. * Carry out of product quality checks during production. * Assist in the microbiological and chemical sampling of finished product and raw materials. * Assisting with investigations into complaints and correction action plans. * Support during audits. REQUIREMENTS: * Third Level Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline. * Positive, can-do attitude. * Strong interest in learning. * Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
