Our client have a job available for an experienced Business Development Executive / Field Sales Rep to join their company. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be customer service focussed, motivated and have the drive to maintain and increase sales across your designated territory (Tipperary / Waterford/Kilkenny/ Cork. Main duties: Increase Sales across all divisions of the business including existing customers. Provide a high level of service to customers. Develop new business opportunities. Develop sales campaigns to build and increase customer database. Implement credit policies and guidelines for new customers. Ensure margins are reviewed and maintained. The ideal candidate: You will have a min. of 2 years experience in a customer focussed role with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience of selling into the Agricultural / Farming Industry an advantage. Organised and meticulous. A good understanding of Sales & Marketing Techniques. Full clean driving licence. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Proficient with MS Suite. Company vehicle provided, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop.
