We work with the client to identify opportunities to enhance business performance and improve efficiencies. Once these opportunities have been identified, we implement be-spoke solutions to ensure business continuity, automation and growth. Job duties: This role is based office based and the core responsibilities are listed below. Sales Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: 1st point of contact for all inbound sales activity (website, email, phone etc.) Ensure all inbound sales requests are dealt with in a timely manner. Providing existing clients with quotes as required – ad-hoc product sales. Ensuring adequate information is captured and included in the sales proposal when providing proposals to clients. Ensuring all CRM is kept up to date in terms of Opportunitypipeline management, ticket status, etc. Communicating with clients on a daily basis around open sales opportunities. Managing daily Requests for Quotes in a timely manner and keeping all parties up to date. Ensure inbound sales are escalated if required to sales account managers i.e... solution sales such as new WIFI setups, servers, new offices, backup solutions etc. Procurement Responsibilities: Purchasing: Company purchases in relation to products (both for clients and staff. Working with distributors to manage timely delivery. Sourcing products to ensure best pricing incl. if a primary distributor has no stock of required items. Receiving: Responsible for all incoming deliveries incl. to Unitec, Client site etc. Ensuring all products are clearly labelled and entered on the CRM. InventoryWarehouse Management: Product Shipment – goods are shipped when given to engineers. Inventory transfers to be completed for van stock items once submitted by the engineers. Unitec Internal Stock Management. Skills & competencies: Excellent administration. Excellent communication. Excellent organising. Good problem-solving. Good time management. Good conflict management. Strong computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications. Analytical. Self-Management: Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained. Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures. Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change. Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs. This is a full-time office-based role in Clonmel Co. Tipperary. Proven excellent sales, administration and customer service experience is a must.
