PURPOSE OF THE JOB. Our Client is looking for a Training Administrator to join their team in Roscrea, Co Tipperary . The successful candidate will be responsible for the centralised administration of training material, processes and general administration needs of this training company. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. PERSON PROFILE. The training administrator will be a highly motivated and flexible person with excellent attention to detail and customer service who ensures the smooth running of our processes and contributes in driving sustainable growth. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES. Receive all incoming calls to main line and direct messages accordingly. Take all training bookings that come through phone and input to system. Make all training reminder calls. If manually needed send all confirmation emails. Update course status on completion of course. Liaise with Sales Managers on cancellations as required. Storing of training material electronically. Manually posting all physical cards. Liaising with accounts on invoicing. Credit and Collections calls. Renewals - reminders and booking customers. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
