My client is looking to bring on a Graduate Quality Technician. You will be working with a tight established team who have an excellent track record for achieving targets and delivering the highest standard in food safety. This opportunity is located in the Tipperary area and the salary is dependent on the applicant. The list of duties below offers a graduate a good mix of lab and floor experience. Collection of all production paperwork, reviewing paperwork for accuracy, scanning and filing of same, communicating issues to production teams and Quality Manager. Organisation & trending of weekly taste panels attended by the management team. Compiling, trending and communication of Quality reports. Carry out of Product quality checks during production. Assist in maintaining and updating Quality paperwork. Assist in the Microbiological and chemical sampling of finished product and raw materials as per sampling schedule. When required, assist the laboratory technician with microbiological analysis of finished product. Assisting with close out investigations into complaints including root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Compiling, trending and communication of Quality reports. Support before and during all audits being proactive and responsive to all findings and improvements, Part of the Training team for inductions, toolbox talks and updates.
