In partnership with our client, a Tipperary based company. We are looking to fill the position of HR Manager.      The Role:        Leading and directing the human resource team. Development of HR policies, Procedures and Practices. Lead organizational change initiatives  Provide an operational HR service for all employees. Providing a recruitment and selection service  The Person:   5+ years in a similar role. CIPD Qualified. Experience of working within a Union environment. Strong knowledge of employment law.
