My Client a Tipperary based company require a Logistics Administrator. Reporting to the Divisional Manager. Key duties will include ( but not limited to) : Dealing with suppliers, organising transport in the locality. Be responsible for being point of contact for customers. Ensure supply to customers & develop processes that ensuring supply is protected. Competency in receiving and forecasting orders, deliveries & new product onsite. Works closely with planning teams, company sites & customers mitigating risks. Expereinced with preventative measures, root cause analysis. Manage Import & Export customs documents & issue quotations. Monitor all shipments, responsible for all invoicing & filing. Troubleshooting : Exposure to resolution of operational problems. Expereince. Minimum of NFQ Level 8 Degree in Logistics is essential. A mimimum of 2 years' eperience in Supply Chain within manufacturing essential. Expereince in Internal Business systems an advantage. Proven problem solving & organisational skills. Excellent communication/telephone skills. A proven team player. Strong exposure to tracking & control systems. Fully PC literate & good SAP exposure also needed. An excellent salary on offer. For details don't delay get in touch !
