My Client, a leading multi-national cleaning specialist, is in need of a Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy offices in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. The Receptionist /administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office and reception as required whilst supporting the Office Manager with any administrative or operational requirements as needed. The duties required for this role will be varied and include: Responsible for day to day office operations, Weekly accounts payable assistance, ISO administration. Assisting to input supplier invoices and reconcile customer accounts on company software. Maintain documentation for the management system. Book and maintain training courses. Scheduling and co-ordinating travel arrangements. Maintains reports and databases with current information. Maintains templates and documents versions. Meeting minutes taker. Recording of weekly schedule for HO staff and issuing to CEO. Organises and maintains filing systems. Updates weekly job boards and online calendar. Receptionist duties- answer phone, greeting and directing visitors. Skills required by the desirable Receptionist/Administrator: - Experience working in a previous Reception/Administration role. - Good communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. A friendly and professional manner is needed. - A strong sense of initiative and ability to coordinate tasks efficiently. - Strong IT skills (proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs among others. - High level of attention to detail.
