A list of the key responsibilities to get you interested! Manages all activities in relation to taking the product from raw material to chill & freeze , packing and dispatch. Overall responsibility to ensure the product is produced to the very tight timelines and to the best quality standards. Responsible for ensuring the shift runs effectively and meets the production plan taking care of the shift production outputs / stock mgt / quality mgt / H&S standards. Managing the production team. You will ideally have 5 years production supervisor/management experience ideally in food but my client will also look at candidates from other fast paced, high volume & highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
