My Client, a leading multi-national cleaning specialist, is in need of a Payroll Administrator to join their busy offices in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the weekly payroll as required whilst supporting the Office Manager with any administrative or operational requirements as needed. The duties required for this role will be varied and include: -Issuing and following up and employee starter packs including contracts. -Irish weekly Payroll. -Follow up on New Starter paperwork. -Generating Payroll reports as requested for management. -Payroll administration duties. -Processing payroll journals in QBO weekly. -Updating training matrix with staff as they start/finish. -Process weekly social welfare forms. -Filing of weekly timesheets. Ensuring that no staff are paid without timesheet for shifts in the payroll week. -Other payroll duties as required. Skills required by the desirable Payroll Administrator: - Any other duties as needed by Office Manager. - Experience working in a previous Payroll Administration role. - Good communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. A friendly and professional manner is needed. - A strong sense of initiative and ability to coordinate tasks efficiently. - Strong IT skills (proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs among others. - High level of attention to detail.
