Tipperary ETB invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Principal at Central Technical Institute, Clonmel incorporating Gaelcholáiste Chéitinn, CTI-PLC Senior College and Coláiste Chluain Meala commencing preferably on the 01/08/2019. These are co-educational schools.  The current category for the post is Category XV. Employing Department/Authority. Tipperary Education & Training Board. Location: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Required Qualifications. To qualify for appointment candidates must have: •A high degree of competence in both oral and written Irish (is desirable but not essential)- Given the growth in Gaelcholaiste Chéitinn, the successful candidate may be required to take a Certified Course in Irish as a condition of their employment. •A recognised post-primary teaching qualification. •A minimum of 5 years’ satisfactory teaching experience. •Registration in accordance with Section 30 of the Teaching Council Act 2001.
