With the abolition of milk quotas and the big increase in cow numbers demand for labour has increased dramatically and FRS are positioned to offer sustainable work and training to the right candidates to deliver the highest service standards for customers in Ireland. Presently FRS are recruiting for both Relief Milkers & Dairy Farm Workers. RELIEF MILKING. Taking on the responsibility or assisting in the morning or evening milking's. Parlour preparation pre milking. Gathering and herding cows. Milking to the highest standard. Parlour wash down. Returning animals to paddock. Applying farm safety and quality service delivery. Experience required. A farming background and or Dairy experience with a real liking for milking cows would be an advantage, but training will be provided through the FRS Trainee Operator Scheme to candidates with the right attitude.
