Finance & Sales Administrator. My client a rapidly expanding manufacturing and trading business based in South Tipperary , selling its patented systems, both directly and through distributors, to its customers in Ireland, Europe and North America, now wishes to recruit a Finance and Sales Administrator . This is a Maternity Cover Contract for 9-12 months based in Co. Tipperary. Overview. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role involves taking responsibility for day to day running of accounting and sales administration in this rapidly expanding group. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative. The candidate must have energy, intelligence and integrity and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties: Sales Order Processing including collection/delivery of goods worldwide. Management of communication and relationships with customers and sales agents worldwide. Maintaining close working relationship with the various department Managers. Accounts Payable Processing purchase orders, dealing with suppliers. Accounts Receivable Invoicing, dealing with customers, credit control, cash receipts and lodgements. Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate should ideally have a relevant third level qualification or equivalent. However, strong experience would also suffice. Ideally have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience gained in a busy sales and accounting function. Must be fully conversant with Sage Line 50 accounting systems and with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. This role would suit a highly motivated candidate.
