An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in the South East for a HR Business Partner on a 12 Month Contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation. The Role Recruitment and Selection. Employee Relations and engagement. Continuous improvement projects to deliver on the overall business strategy. Delivery for human resource customer. Create an employer brand in the market place. Maintain and build upon relationships and visibility with educational establishments. Deal with day to day administration of the function and strive to improve processes in this area. Work with employees and managers to provide coaching and support to meet the needs of the business. The Person Must have a qualification in Human Resources. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar human resources role. Must have a passion for human resources, continuous improvement and keen business awareness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English both written and verbal. Must be highly organised with a good work ethic and efficient in completing tasks and meeting deadlines. Experience using the HRIS (TMS) system  Proficient in MS Office, and excel. Preference for experience in a unionised manufacturing background.
