FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT. CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Financial Accountant for a maternity contract for our Tipperary based client. The key functions of this role financial accounting, taxation, vat, and Financial reporting. THE ROLE: * Preparation of monthly management accounts and related balance sheet reconciliations, in a multi-currency environment. * Oversee the timely preparation of accurate financial reports which summarise the financial performance of the Company and measure same against pre-determined budgets and standards. * Tax reporting and compliance. * Year end audit preparation and liaising with auditors. * Ensure VAT, PAYE & PRSI returns are completed in a timely manner. * Other Ad Hoc duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: * ACA, ACCA, CIMA or recognised Accounting Qualification desirable. * 3 years PQE. * Costing experience advantageous. * Experience in Transfer Pricing would be an advantage. * Good systems knowledge.
