Hartley People are looking to recruit an Engineering Team Lead with a fantastic Tipperary based company. The Person:  Professional Experience. Minimum 10 years working experience. Engineering background. Electrical Engineer who has done other disciplines engineering/proposal. The Role: Together with the management team, develops the business plan for the Engineering group;  Maintains a strong, experienced, professional and capable engineering team; Develops and manages the Engineering activities of the Group; focussing on design, in particular the development of electrical, control Instrument, mechanical and HVAC design services.  Organise and coordinate work schedules within the Group and with other departments and divisions on a timely basis in line with company policies. Develops, manages and controls a proper document control system for the Engineering Group.  Works closely with the Management Team to develop a strong Engineering design team.
