My client, a public sector organisation is currently seeking a number of Clerical Administrators with high level excel to join their busy team on a 3 month contract. One of the positions is based in Clonmel is 5 days per week Monday to Friday. 2nd Role is Part time role is 2 afternoons per week. 3rd role is 5 days per week Monday to Friday based in Thurles. Duties: Front of house reception. Greet patients in a courteous manner at all times, dealing with all enquiries politely and efficiently, displaying empathy when answering queries at the reception desk or over the telephone. To deal with ad hoc enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and responsive manner, solving problems immediately where possible and referring to an appropriate senior person if necessary. Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out in a professional, accurate and efficient manner at all times. Basic book keeping skills an advantage. Typing of administration reports on a daily basis & updating of excel files on a weekly basis. Skills / Experience: 1-2 years Administration skills a must. Experience working in an office environment is essential. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office to complete this role, typing & excel especially. Fluency in English.
