A Graduate Maintenance Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Tipperary based food client. The Graduate Maintenance Engineer will be exposed to an exciting and fast-paced engineering environment commencing with responsibility for the implementation, operation and administration of the site's Computerised Maintenance System PEMAC. THE ROLE: * Taking control of and implementing our new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) PEMAC. * Scheduling preventative maintenance and breakdown work through PEMAC. * Generating weekly/monthly KPI reports through PEMAC. * Training of relevant personnel. * Review and update procedures and update maintenance schedules. * Create asset register and schedule work events for all systems and equipment. * Create and maintain work plans, schedules the work and measure KPIs. * Create and maintain material spares records. * Assist with preventative maintenance system, work requests system and calibration systems. * Maintain documentation and inspection/maintenance reports pertaining to cGMP related equipment and systems. * Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs. REQUIREMENTS: * Primary degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering. * Excellent computer skills. * Ability to enjoy and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
