Our client an multinational FMCG company who have won multiple awards for their products are looking for a supply chain administrator/Graduate to join their team. The role involves: Updating the MRP file with production records and incoming Raw materials. Develop the Weekly MRP Checklist. Developing a weekly call off checklist for approval based on the Planning Dept weekly communication. Ensure all Purchase Orders are approved at the appropriate level. Liaise with planning/operations on supply/demand issues. Work closely with planning and operations on supply/demand issues. Attend the morning production briefing. Monthly Stocktakes. Participate in and reconcile monthly book to actual with the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. Weekly Inventory reporting and interface on excess Inventory, Stock Taking and reconciliation. Manage differences regarding figures on internal system. Attend the morning Production Briefing and communicate any issues or potential issues to the Production Team. Count raw materials available on site prior to production, especially if the levels are low to ensure accurate information/instruction is being submitted to production team. This to be completed in conjunction with Purchasing Manager and Goods in team. Transport arrangements. Arrange transport for all orders shipped as FCA that require collection from suppliers. Liaising with suppliers and monitoring supplier’s stock  Communicating with suppliers on regular basis to ensure that stock is available for call off on agreed dates, re-arranging manufacturing dates by prioritising materials required for production. The ideal candidate: Must be strong numerically. A qualification in supply chain or similar is preferred. 6-12 months experience in a fast paced environment. Is able to work under pressure and ensure the highest possible accuracy with reports. Salary depends on experience but will be between €25-€27k.
