Hartley People are currently looking for an administrator for a contract role based in Thurles.    Responsibilities: Master Data cleansing of old system for transition to new system. Co-ordinate and act as the administrator for ISO in Ireland and UK. Organise and maintain filing systems. Provide support in obtaining all relevant documentation for ISO audit and filing accordingly. Answer phone and greet visitors. Assist with basic accounts.     Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Background in accounts desirable. Must be able to multi-task. Must have high attention to detail. Well organised and self-directed.
