This role will be responsible for implementation and coorindating of HR activities and also support key projects and initiatives going forward. The Role. Support the Business with implementing human resources activities including recruitment, performance management, contract preparation, L&D etc. Candidate Onboarding/inductions including preparing contracts, new hire documentation and presentation for new employees & support other HR training initiatives. Creating and maintaining all personnel files with accuracy. Producing standard HR documentation and reports/statistics. Support and participate in the end to end recruitment process. Ensure compliance to all site Health and Safety requirements, training and regulations. Dealing with day to day HR queries from employees & management in a timely and professional manner. Support employee welfare initiatives and social events. Perform additional duties at the request of the company managers. Requirements. 5 years + previous HR manager/senior generalist experience. Degree in HR and CIPD accredited. Good knowledge of employment legislation. Can work effectively as a team member and independently. Good research and analytical skills. Highly Organised, self-motivated and can pre-empt situations rather than waiting for instruction.
