Hartley People are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator for a 1 month contract with a well-established company in New Ross.  The role: Provide administration support to senior management across the business. Support senior management with projects across site. Manage relationships with internal clients and their EA’s. Organise meetings schedules and take minutes. Manage all other ad-hoc duties that may arise. The Candidate: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in an EA, PA or Administrative Assistant role. Able to start immediately. Must have Advanced Microsoft office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Must have excellent time management, communication and organisational skills. Must be able to work under pressure independently. Experience working in a corporate environment is desirable.
