***payroll specialist - outstanding opportunity*** are you an experienced payroll professional with proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ideally gained in the multinational or large corporate sector? our client, a limerick based us multinational are now recruiting for an experienced payroll specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. this is a newly created role that has come about simply due to company growth with strong future growth expected also. the job : as the payroll specialist, you will provide hands-on payroll support to approx. 60 staff here in limerick as well as supporting international payroll processes for colleagues based outside of ireland. you will be responsible for managing payroll records, on-boarding new hires, handle government documents (p34, p45, p60s, etc.), supporting comps/bens issues & all related duties. in addition to the above, you will also support the accounting team with ap & ar processing, bank recs & other general accounts & office administration duties. your skills/experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. 3-4 + years experience in a payroll focussed accounts support role. ipass qualified or related payroll qualification would be a significant advantage. forma accounting qualification (eg accounting technician) would be an advantage. excellent inter-personal skills & ability to support colleagues in diverse teams. the offer : this position is being offered as a permanent position with salary level of 38-43k + a full, excellent benefits package as well as flexible working hours. how to apply : if youre interested in applying, or want to know more about this job 1st, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick on 061221701 or email your cv to thomas.hogan@cpl.ie. for a full list of our open jobs, have a look at www.cpl.ie. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
