Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. Location: South Tipp/South Kilkenny. Salary: DOE. A leading manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced quantity surveyor for a Junior Estimation role. This role is largely office based with a minimal amount of travel. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits but is not restricted to: Relevant Third Level Qualification. Self-Starter. Experience with Excel. Experience with Take Offs, BOQ, Reporting, Estimation, Final Accounts. Superb grasp of procurement and planning. Keen eye for detail. Cost focused individual. Excellent communicator. Client focused candidate. Ideally the candidate will have at least two years' experience within a construction related position but it is open to recent graduates also who have obtained relevant work experience.
