This is an opportunity to be an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high calibre Inside Sales Team for an Innovative Technology company based out of Tipperary. Key Responsibilities: Develop, coach and motivate Inside Sales team to ensure optimum success in reaching and exceeding sales targets. Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines on a weekly basis. Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner. Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members. Remove barriers to productivity & success. Assist in successful hiring and on boarding of new sales colleagues. Education and Experience: Industry experience within an Inside Sales environment. Excellent communication and motivation skills. Strong sales performance in your existing role.
